We are looking for an IT Specialist with Zoho experience to implement, customize, and manage Zoho applications across the organization, working closely with business teams to deliver effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects
Build custom modules, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting
Integrate Zoho with third-party tools via APIs and Zoho Flow
Manage data migration and integrity across Zoho modules
Provide technical support and train end-users on Zoho tools
Gather business requirements and translate them into Zoho configurations### **Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1+ year of hands-on Zoho experience (CRM, Zoho One, Books, Desk, or similar)
Basic knowledge of Zoho customization and workflows
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience
with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript### **Benefits**
