Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain clinic IT systems, computers, printers, network devices, and servers
• Support **ADHICS / DOH IT audit** preparation and documentation
• Maintain server backups, antivirus, firewall, access controls, and user permissions
• Ensure proper data security and patient information confidentiality
• Coordinate with software vendors for clinic management systems and DOH-related platforms
• Prepare IT policies, asset lists, risk assessment documents, and audit evidence
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network issues
• Monitor CCTV, biometric, and other clinic IT-related systems if required
• Ensure all IT work follows healthcare data security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in healthcare IT, medical center IT, or clinic IT support preferred
• Knowledge of **ADHICS**, DOH audit requirements, servers, networking, and cybersecurity
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, backup systems, firewall, antivirus, and network troubleshooting
• Ability to prepare IT audit documents and coordinate with auditors/vendors
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare IT audit experience in Abu Dhabi
• Knowledge of DOH, ADHICS, Malaffi, and clinic management systems
• Experience with server maintenance and cybersecurity controls
• Ability to handle IT documentation independently
