The IT Sales Officer generates new IT business, develops client relationships, and brings projects and revenue to the company.

Sales and business development
- Identify and approach potential clients; develop new clients, projects, contracts, sales leads, and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell company IT products, solutions, and services.
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers; follow leads and negotiations through deal closure.
- Generate regular sales and business development reports for management.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop opportunities through networking, referrals, online platforms, and market research.
