Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Female IT Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting IT products and services, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, have a passion for technology, and be able to understand customer needs while providing suitable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Promote and sell IT products, software, hardware, and technology solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and monitor IT industry trends.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development activities.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or business development is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of IT products, software, networking, and digital solutions.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
- Valid UAE resident visa is an advantage.
