Overview

The IT Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s IT products and solutions.

This role requires a mix of technical understanding, communication skills, and sales expertise to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the IT sector.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT products, software, and services.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends, products, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
