ZAK Technologies LLC is hiring an IT Sales Executive to generate new business, build client relationships, and grow sales of IT solutions and services.
The position is full-time and office-based, with client visits, in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct client visits.
- Promote and sell IT AMC services, infrastructure solutions, hardware, software, networking, CCTV, access control, and other IT services.
- Build client relationships and secure new AMC contracts and renewals.
- Meet clients to understand IT requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical staff on quotations, proposals, and suitable solutions.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, report sales activity, pursue upselling and cross-selling, and achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous UAE experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Understanding of IT AMC services, networking, IT infrastructure, and related solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Experience with lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and sales closing.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets; familiarity with the Dubai and UAE business market.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, servers, firewalls, CCTV, and IT support services is an advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.

Compensation
