Role Overview
We are looking for results-driven IT Sales Engineer with an active client network in UAE and strong connections with contractors & consultants.
This is a high-performance, commission-driven role, ideal for ambitious individuals who want to earn significantly based on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure B2B & B2C projects (owners, contractors, consultants)
- Build strong relationships with owners, contractors, consultants
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with technical team
- Close deals and ensure collections
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Compensation Structure
This role follows a performance-based salary + commission structure:
- Low fixed salary at entry level
- Fixed salary increases based on monthly collection performance
- Commission up to 3% on collections
- Unlimited earning potential
- High performers can reach 18,000+ AED/month + commissions

Requirements
- Experience in one or more: ELV / CCTV / Smart Home / IT Infrastructure
- Strong network in villa projects market (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented personality
- UAE driving license (required)
- Owning a car is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
