Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales and Business Development Executive role based in Doha.

The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Q-PASS security solutions, including training, vulnerability management, penetration testing, risk management, and security architecture services.

The executive will conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and support the closing of deals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs, and contributing to sales forecasts and market insights.

The role also includes participating in events or campaigns, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and achieving agreed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management, preferably in cybersecurity or related technology services.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building with corporate and enterprise clients.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical security offerings such as training, vulnerability management, penetration testing, risk management, and security architecture in business-friendly language.
  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and proposal-development skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, basic sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity trends, regulatory considerations, and common security challenges faced by organizations is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
