Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience for UK and/or European markets in staffing, RPO, or a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and international hiring practices.
• Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment job portals; familiarity with ATS/CRM tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
• A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• GDPR and UK/EU employment-regulation knowledge is a plus.
• Specialized-domain recruitment experience, KPI achievement, and a deadline-oriented approach are preferred attributes.

Responsibilities

• Manage UK/Europe client recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing through onboarding.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and networking; interpret job specifications and develop sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates, build talent pipelines, and coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary, contract terms, and offers; maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, right-to-work checks, and data protection requirements.
• Build client and candidate relationships; meet recruitment targets and monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.

Pay

• ₹15,193.46–₹35,292.67 per month.
