IT Recruiter – Dubai Office
is responsible for sourcing and delivering top-tier IT talent for contract and permanent roles.
The role requires strong UAE market knowledge, fast turnaround skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Minimum 3 years of UAE IT recruitment experience is mandatory.
1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for key IT skillsets (Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, DevOps, Data, Full-Stack roles, etc.).
- Ensure database accuracy with updated candidate information.
2. Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct detailed screening of IT professionals based on technical expertise, project experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Validate availability, notice period, salary expectations, and certifications.
- Prepare structured candidate summaries for client submissions.
3. Requirement Handling
- Collaborate with BD and Delivery teams to understand urgent and niche roles.
- Prioritize requirements based on TAT and client expectations.
- Share shortlisted profiles within agreed SLAs.
4. Candidate & Interview Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:
- **Sourcing → Screening → Shortlisting → Interview Coordination → Offer Negotiation → Onboarding**
- Provide candidates with clear job insights and interview preparation guidance.
- Maintain warm relationships to reduce dropouts and increase joining success rate.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Track and report daily/weekly submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.
- Maintain structured data on ATS/CRM.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience in the UAE (MANDATORY).**
- Strong understanding of UAE-specific hiring trends, notice periods, candidate availability, and visa categories.
- Deep knowledge of IT roles and technologies including:
- Java, .NET, Python, React, Node
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- SAP (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, HCM etc.)
• DevOps & SRE
- QA/Automation Testing
- Experience in contract staffing and permanent hiring.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fields.
