Overview
- Manage and oversee IT and low-current projects from initiation to handover.
- Plan project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Coordinate the implementation of CCTV, Audio/PA Systems, IT Infrastructure, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Review technical designs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
Skills
- Proven experience in managing IT and low-current projects.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Audio/PA Systems, IT Infrastructure, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to develop and manage project schedules, resources, and implementation plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement follow-up.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong reporting and project monitoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
