About This Role
The Role
Corporacion Efys LLC is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our technical infrastructure projects out of our Al Khor operations center.
This is a high-impact role requiring a leader who can balance complex technical deployments with tight industrial timelines.
You will be the primary bridge between our technical teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring every project is delivered on budget and within scope.
Key Deliverables
- **Project Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the full execution of IT initiatives, from initial site survey and procurement to final deployment and handover.
- **Infrastructure Optimization:** Lead the upgrade of network systems and server architecture across our Al Khor industrial facilities.
- **Stakeholder Coordination:** Act as the central point of contact for vendors, engineers, and department heads to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- **Risk Mitigation:** Identify potential technical bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities early in the project phase and implement robust recovery strategies.
Professional Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in IT Project Management, ideally within the industrial or logistics sector.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification is mandatory.
- Deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ERP implementations, and network security.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 32,000.
