Workplace

• The role requires three days per week in the office.

Compensation

• Salary is listed as £65,000 plus a 10% bonus.

Core responsibilities

• Manage projects across scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery timescales.
• Maintain project plans, governance documentation, and RAID logs.
• Report clearly to senior stakeholders, Steering Groups, and Project Boards.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators.
• Coordinate testing, defect management, business sign-off, deployment, cutover, and go-live.
• Manage hypercare and transition into business-as-usual support with documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Support business readiness and adoption of new systems and processes.

Required experience

• Strong IT Project Management experience and delivery of complex enterprise technology or business systems projects.
• Experience with project governance, planning, budgeting, RAID management, and senior stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers, software vendors, and implementation partners.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, defect management, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and BAU transition.

Desirable experience

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is desirable.
• ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation experience is highly desirable.
• Infor M3 experience, especially Infor CloudSuite M3 implementation, is advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environments is of interest.
