Job Description

We are currently looking Manager - IT Project Management forour Qatar operations.

/Experience Requirements: -

  • Bachelor’s degree University graduate preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study), [Masters preferred –
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
  • Training courses and certification in systems technology, management and banking.

Required Special Skills: -

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English and Arabic.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
  • Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
  • Personal integrity and self-management.
  • Planning, organising, and analytical ability
  • Results oriented. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.

Project Management

  • Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • CAPEX tracking and project portfolio management.
  • Risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Project reporting and governance.

Banking & Regulatory Knowledge

  • Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with:
  • AML/CTF
  • Data Protection

• Operational Risk Management

  • Internal and External Audit requirements

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Managing relationships with business units and senior management.
  • Coordinating with vendors and ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Leadership & Delivery

  • Resource planning and task allocation.
  • Performance management and team coordination.
  • Process improvement and implementation of best practices.
  • KPI management and operational efficiency.
  • Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
