Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across enterprise, telecommunications, digital transformation, and software implementation domains.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, QA, infrastructure, architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and quality requirements.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships where applicable.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-7 years of IT project management experience.
- Proven experience managing software development, system integration, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Telecommunications and BSS/OSS projects.
- Enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, and customer experience platforms.
- Cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Government, public sector, or large enterprise projects within Saudi Arabia.
