Job Purpose
The IT Project Coordinator (PMO) supports the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects by ensuring adherence to PMO standards, timelines, budgets, and documentation requirements.
The role coordinates between project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
· Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
· Assist Project Managers in developing project strategies, schedules, and delivery plans.
· Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
· Identify project changes, risks, and dependencies and escalate when required.
· Ensure projects comply with PMO standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and repositories.
· Organize, attend, and coordinate project and stakeholder meetings.
· Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for meetings and steering committees.
· Document meeting minutes, action items, and decisions and follow up on actions.
· Manage stakeholder expectations and support alignment toward optimal project outcomes.
· Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers.
· Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
· Undertake additional project-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
· 4–6 years of experience in an IT project coordination or PMO-related role.
· Experience working in structured project environments (PMO, Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
Skills & Competencies
· Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
