Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the
planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
The role will serve as a key link between
project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination of
activities, documentation, and communication.
The ideal candidate will possess strong
organizational skills, technical writing expertise, and the ability to work effectively in both
English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating IT projects under the guidance of the
- Project Manager.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including project charters,
- meeting minutes, reports, schedules, and status updates.
- Perform technical writing for manuals, process documentation, and IT procedures,
- ensuring clarity and accuracy in both English and Arabic.
- Track and report project progress, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, vendors, and technical
- teams.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Support budget tracking, procurement requests, and vendor management activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance standards.
- Assist in adoption of project management tools, templates, and best practices.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for the IT Project
- Management.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business
- Administration, or related field (required).
Professional Certifications
- Project management certifications such as CAPM, Prince2 Foundation, or Agile

Technical & Professional Skills
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in IT project coordination or support roles.
- Strong technical writing skills, with ability to produce clear, concise, and wellstructured documentation.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a multicultural
- environment.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and software project delivery frameworks is
- an advantage.
