Job Description: IT Program Manager.
The Senior Technology Program Manager will spearhead high-impact, large-scale technology programs across multiple banking business units.
This role requires a "go-getter" leader who thrives on complexity and possesses the grit to drive mission-critical initiatives—specifically within Risk, Finance, and Compliance—to completion despite organizational or technical hurdles.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Vertical Program Orchestration: Lead and synchronize massive technology roadmaps across diverse business lines (e.g., Retail, Corporate, and control functions), ensuring technical synergy and unified delivery.
- Risk, Finance & Compliance Mastery: Direct end-to-end delivery of sensitive projects including Regulatory Reporting, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems, IFRS9/Basel III implementations, and Finance related projects.
- Resilient Execution: Demonstrate a "never give up" mindset by navigating roadblocks, resolving deep-seated technical debt, and maintaining momentum during high-pressure audit or go-live cycles.
- Strategic Stakeholder Influence: Serve as a proactive "go-getter," identifying opportunities for process improvement and challenging the status quo to ensure the bank remains competitive and compliant.
- Governance & Quality Control: Establish rigorous program frameworks to ensure 100% alignment with internal audit standards and external regulatory mandates.
Job Complexity/Judgment
- 15+ Years of Leadership: Proven track record managing multi-year, technology programs in the Banking/Financial Services sector.
- Cross-Vertical Expertise: Experience managing large-scale projects that touch multiple departments simultaneously, requiring complex dependency mapping.
- Domain Specialty: Deep, hands-on experience leading Risk, Finance, and Compliance technology transformations.
- Core Certifications o PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP. o Agile/SAFe certification (e.g., Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer).
