Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Professional to manage, maintain, and support our organization’s technology infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency while providing excellent end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals) and software (OS, applications, utilities).
- Monitor and maintain network performance, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless access.
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory / Azure AD).
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including backups, antivirus, patch management, and data protection.
- Maintain IT documentation: asset inventory, network diagrams, SOPs, and user guides.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, warranties, and support.
- Participate in IT projects (migrations, upgrades, rollouts).
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of hands-on IT support or administration experience.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments; experience with Linux is a plus.
- Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams administration.
- Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or CCNA.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace).
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR67,000.00 - QAR98,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
