Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable **IT plus E-Commerce** to support the company's IT operations and manage daily e-commerce activities.
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of office technology, maintain online stores, update product listings, process online orders, and provide technical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for computers, printers, internet, and office software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain company IT equipment and user accounts.
- Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the warehouse or delivery team.
- Monitor online sales and prepare basic reports.
- Assist customers with online inquiries and order concerns.
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external IT service providers when required.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Retail Pro and power BI is relevant
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Noon is an advantage.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
