Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms. Experience supporting board meetings, earnings calls, executive events, or senior leadership activities. Familiarity with enterprise conference room technologies, room control systems, and collaboration platforms. Experience supporting hybrid meeting environments and large-scale event technology. Advanced troubleshooting skills across audio, video, presentation-sharing, and conferencing technologies. Knowledge of conference room design, AV integrations, and workplace collaboration technologies. Success Measures Consistently delivers exceptional executive support and service excellence. Maintains high levels of conference room and AV readiness within executive facilities. Ensures successful delivery of executive meetings, leadership events, and high-visibility presentations. Maintains reliable and highly available executive collaboration technologies. Builds strong partnerships with executive assistants, facilities teams, AV partners, and executive stakeholders. Contributes to the continuous improvement of Executive Support and AV services across the enterprise Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
