IT Operations Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead global teams with clear ownership and handoffs between regions.
• Own incidents, problems, changes, requests, provisioning, and escalations for the enterprise AI platform.
• Improve service resolution, reduce repeat issues, and work with platform specialists on permanent fixes and automation.
• Support AI capability onboarding through intake, enablement, documentation, and usage guidance.
• Manage consumption, licenses, and costs against budget; establish operational metrics and reporting.
• Coach team members, build cross-coverage, and coordinate with security, privacy, business, and vendor partners.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or platform support, including 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones; APAC experience is ideal.
• Operational experience with cloud and SaaS platforms and familiarity with AI/LLM services, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• ITIL-aligned service management experience and practical use of ticketing, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Ability to collaborate across technical, compliance, security, and business teams and communicate with senior leaders.
• ITIL or cloud operations certification is a plus.

Compensation

• Estimated base salary range is CAD 104,000 to CAD 143,000; offer compensation depends on experience, skills, and other factors.
