IT Operations Manager
to lead and evolve our technology services—ensuring they are
secure, reliable, and truly enable our people to do their best work

Service Desk, Infrastructure, and IT Training
- , ensuring smooth day-to-day service while driving

- Clear and effective incident, change, and problem management

🧠 What You Bring
- Proven experience leading IT operations in a
- professional services or regulated environment
- Strong understanding of
- ITIL practices
- (certification desirable)
- Solid knowledge of
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and modern cloud environments
- Experience with
- information security frameworks (ISO 27001 or similar)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into
- clear business outcomes
- A track record of
- supplier management, service reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience
- leading and developing teams
- 💡 Bonus Experience
- Cyber security tooling, vulnerabilities & incident response
- Endpoint management (e.g. Intune)
- Networks, firewalls, and remote access
- AD / Entra ID and system administration
- VMware, SAN, Veeam (or equivalents)
- Citrix or virtual desktop technologies
