Senior IT operations role providing L1/L2 support in Dubai.

Work mode is on site; the stated notice period is immediate to 15 days.

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and Wi-Fi issues.
Manage IT policies, access controls, data security, and compliance documentation.
Administer SaaS applications, user accounts, licenses, and access requests.
Provide first-level support for Azure, AWS, and GCP user-level issues.
Monitor endpoint, storage, and software-license utilization.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding and the IT asset lifecycle.
Resolve support tickets and escalate complex issues when needed.

L1/L2 IT support and basic ITIL knowledge.
Google Workspace, Active Directory, Azure AD, JumpCloud, SSO, and MFA.
Network troubleshooting covering VPN, LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, and basic firewall concepts.
Endpoint tools including ManageEngine and JumpCloud; CrowdStrike alert triage and SaaS administration.
Jira Service Desk, Windows 11, macOS, and basic Linux.
Basic knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.

At least three years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft MD-102/AZ-900 certifications are preferred.
