One World Rental is looking for an IT Operations Coordinator to join our Dubai team supporting live events and technology projects across the UAE and GCC.
This is a hands-on operational role combining logistics, warehouse coordination, inventory tracking, and basic IT/event tech support.
You’ll help coordinate equipment dispatch and returns, prepare and test equipment, manage tracking records, work with couriers and warehouse teams, and support live event deployments.
What We’Re Looking For
- Experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, event support, or IT coordination
- Comfortable working with IT hardware such as laptops, tablets, printers, or networking equipment
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and reliable work ethic
The Role Includes
- Coordinating deliveries, collections, and dispatch
- Preparing and testing event technology equipment
- Inventory and asset tracking
- Working with warehouse teams, couriers, suppliers, and clients
- Supporting live events and operational projects
What Helps You Succeed Here…
- Experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, event support, rentals, or IT coordination environments
- Comfortable working with IT hardware such as laptops, tablets, printers, or networking equipment
- Able to stay organised and manage multiple moving tasks at once
- Good communicator who can work well with clients, couriers, warehouse teams, and internal staff
- Practical, reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Confident using spreadsheets, email, and tracking systems
- Event technology, AV, or live events experience is helpful but not essential
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
