Key accountabilities
- Maintain application and systems availability to meet service levels while minimizing operational risk.
- Coordinate application packaging and releases and plan implementations with stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain applications and systems to improve production stability.
- Provide day-to-day support and resolve production issues and incidents.
- Manage outage incidents, communicate with clients, and minimize stakeholder impact.
- Escalate issues with recommendations and communicate project status and risks.
- Research system issues and opportunities, oversee recommendations, and maintain documentation.
- Participate in infrastructure, technology deployment, and operational optimization projects.
- Support infrastructure and application deployment, maintenance, vendor liaison, and on-call support as applicable.
- Implement approved changes with testing, stakeholder sign-off, and monitoring.
- Monitor system lifecycles and metrics, support disaster recovery planning and testing, and assess optimization opportunities.
