IT Manager responsible for software, CRM, BMS, infrastructure, team coordination, budgets, projects, and security.
Experience and education
- 10–12 years of experience; the posting also specifies 10 years of total work experience as required.
- Hotel-industry experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
- An advanced degree is a plus.
Software and infrastructure
- Select and implement software solutions, including Keka, Zoho, XTen-AV, and Tally; oversee maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Train and support administrators, managers, and users, and prepare training manuals.
- Manage domains, website and email services, servers, Wi-Fi, and routers.
CRM and building systems
- Lead CRM implementation, configuration, customization, and integration with sales, marketing, and customer support.
- Evaluate and develop BMS applications for automated HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Troubleshoot BMS issues and coordinate vendor repairs and upgrades.
Team, budget, and projects
- Coordinate and supervise the IT team responsible for hardware, software, CRM, and BMS.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, identify resource needs, allocate resources, and optimize costs.
- Plan software implementations, upgrades, and integrations; track delivery milestones and mitigate risks.
Security and compliance
- Ensure data security and compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Implement security protocols and disaster recovery plans for software systems and data.

- ₹60,000–₹70,000 per month.
