It Manager
to build and lead their technology function from day one.
This is a
high-impact role
where you'll establish governance, own vendor relationships, and shape IT strategy, while playing a key role in
ERP/CRM implementation and business alignment
.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Establish IT governance, policies, and operational frameworks
- Manage vendors, contracts, and service delivery
- Ensure compliance, data protection, and audit readiness
- Lead ERP/CRM process design, implementation support, and user adoption
- Define IT strategy and manage budget
- Build and lead a small IT team
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong background in IT operations and governance
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure
- Exposure to ERP/CRM systems and implementations
- Experience managing third-party vendors and suppliers
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
