The IT Manager will drive business growth, manage overall IT operations, and build client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities and increase revenue.
- Manage daily IT operations, projects, and service delivery.
- Build relationships with current and prospective clients; understand their needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Lead internal teams to support smooth operations and timely project delivery.
- Address client concerns and develop strategies to expand the client base and achieve targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, business development, and operations.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to generate business and achieve revenue targets.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
