Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology, Business, or related field of study, such as Computer Science or Business Management, and a minimum of 1 year work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated success leading technology organizations responsible for delivering and supporting business-critical insurance capabilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivery portfolios across the insurance lifecycle, including product management, underwriting, quoting, policy administration, billing, or claims.
  • Proven leadership in project, program, product, or portfolio management, including strategic planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Strong people leadership experience with a focus on coaching, mentoring, career development, and building organizational capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect business priorities, technology strategy, and delivery teams.

Compensation

  • $148,000 - $170,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
