Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven sales experience strictly within the IT industry is REQUIRED.
  • Must have active clients, existing leads, or a strong sales pipeline on hand.
  • Must be a revenue-driven sales professional (hunter profile).
  • Must own a personal laptop/system capable of handling CRM tools, demos, and presentations
  • **Role Overview:** This role is purely sales-focused and targets professionals who can generate business, close deals, and drive revenue immediately.
  • The IT Key Accounts Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and selling IT services including software, website, and application development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through existing network, leads, and self-generated prospects.
  • Aggressively hunt and close IT sales opportunities in B2B markets.
  • Sell IT solutions including Website Development, Application Development, Software Solutions, and IT Services.
  • Manage and grow high-value client accounts while identifying upsell opportunities.- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–6+ years of experience in IT Sales (B2B mandatory).
  • Strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets
  • Existing client base or ready-to-convert leads required.
  • Solid understanding of IT services and development processes.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Preferred Profile

  • Experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Strong network in enterprise or SME segment.
  • Ability to generate revenue within the first 30–60 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
