Job Description
Housess Real Estate is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to support our day-to-day technology needs and help maintain smooth office operations.
This is an unpaid internship opportunity for a period of 1 to 3 months, and successful interns will receive an internship certificate and experience letter upon completion.
Responsibilities
Assist with basic IT support for staff across the office.
Help troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
Support the setup and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and office equipment.
Assist with user account setup, email access, and system updates.
Monitor and report technical issues to the relevant team member or vendor.
Help maintain data organization, backups, and file management.
Support internal tools, CRM systems, and general technical tasks as needed.
Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the management team.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, MS Office, and common troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Currently studying or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.

Duration: 1 to 3 months.
Compensation
Unpaid.

Pay: Up to AED10.00 per month
