About the Role

The IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and performance across all systems and networks. You will manage infrastructure projects, lead technical teams, maintain cybersecurity standards, and support business operations through reliable IT solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure
• Oversee servers, storage systems, virtualization, and networks
• Monitor infrastructure performance, uptime, and reliability
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and implementations
• Manage cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
• Troubleshoot critical infrastructure and network issues
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and security systems
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and documentation
• Monitor IT budgets, assets, and infrastructure costs
• Lead and mentor IT support and infrastructure teams
• Implement system monitoring and automation tools
• Support digital transformation and infrastructure improvement initiatives
• Ensure data protection and system security across the organization

• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, AWS, Microsoft, or VMware certifications
• Experience working in enterprise or multi-site environments
• Knowledge of automation and infrastructure monitoring tools
