- An IT Infrastructure Engineer at MEEZA is responsible for designing, maintaining, and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud systems, and data center environments.
- The role ensures that all IT systems are secure, stable, and running efficiently to support business operations and clients.
- Design, install, and maintain IT infrastructure systems (servers, storage, networks)
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Manage data center operations and cloud environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system issues
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Ensure cybersecurity and data protection standards are followed
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Collaborate with IT support, security, and development teams
- Document infrastructure configurations and procedures
