About This Role

We are looking for a Desktop/IT Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

Knowledge of Server Hardware and Windows server operating systems.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Email Archiving Solutions.

Knowledge of Antivirus Servers and clients.

Knowledge of firewall technologies, VPN etc.

Knowledge of IP-PABX ,CCTV & Biometric Devices.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Desktop Support: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Cisco Certification (Required)
  • Microsoft Certification (Required)
  • UAE Driving License (Required)
