Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Hardware Sales role based in Abu Dhabi & Dubai offices.

The IT Hardware Sales professional will identify and qualify sales opportunities for rugged computing products and solutions, focusing on sectors that require robust field technologies.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.

The role involves working closely with technical teams to understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate rugged hardware configurations, and ensure accurate solution design.

The individual will also maintain relationships with existing clients, provide ongoing product support in coordination with service teams, and keep detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Additional duties include tracking market trends, participating in vendor and partner meetings, and contributing feedback to improve product offerings and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Information Technology with the ability to understand and explain rugged computing hardware and related solutions.
  • Knowledge of Network Administration and Network Security sufficient to discuss technical requirements and integrate hardware into client environments.
  • Hands-on Troubleshooting skills to coordinate effectively with technical teams and support customers with basic diagnostics and issue resolution.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities, including active listening, clear communication, and a consultative approach to building long-term client relationships.
  • Prior experience in IT hardware or technology sales, ideally in rugged computing, industrial, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and documentation skills, with experience using CRM or sales management tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple opportunities in parallel, and collaborate with cross-functional and vendor teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
