Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, governance, process improvement, delivery management, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working within complex technology, business, or operational environments.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, metrics, or governance-related deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and organizational change initiatives.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience with roadmap management, strategic planning, portfolio coordination, or delivery governance.
  • Experience within financial services, technology, risk management, or highly regulated industries.
  • PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum, or similar industry certifications.
  • Experience developing operational standards, governance frameworks, or process documentation.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing team members.
