- Local travel as needed for shipping/receiving, collecting mail, office supplies, vehicle maintenance.
- Local travel to and from client locations as requested by Service to pick up, drop off, or connect equipment.
- Local travel to on-site suppliers to pick up any parts or equipment needed by Service on an emergency basis.
- Other office duties as necessary.
- Answer phones.
- Maintain trust and security in use of a corporate credit card for company purchases, and properly record, document and submit for approval all expenses charged to such card.
- Connect client equipment, including workstations, network devices and other equipment as needed.
- Set up workstations and basic network devices on a client network and contact ITS technicians to confirm equipment is accessible from the office as needed.
- Replace basic field serviceable equipment within a workstation or device, such as a graphics card or hard drive.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some technical training preferred).
- 1+ year experience in support, courier, or entry-level IT role.
- Basic skills in computer setup, hardware replacement, and network connectivity.
- Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy in handling purchases and equipment.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and willing to handle varied tasks, both errands and technical.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
- Work location: This is a fully in-office position.
