Overview

  • Be the first point of contact for staff Odoo questions and problems; help users complete their daily tasks across departments.
  • Create and manage user logins, basic roles, and access rights; reset passwords and fix access issues.
  • Enter and check data, run standard reports, and help staff find the right screens and reports.
  • Help train and guide non-technical staff; keep simple step-by-step guides up to date.
  • Log issues clearly and coordinate with our external Odoo partner (Elitbuzz) for anything beyond day-to-day support; follow up until resolved.
  • Help with laptops, desktops, printers, IP phones, CCTV, biometric attendance, and office equipment.
  • Fix common issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, email, WiFi, and VPN.
  • Set up systems and accounts for new joiners; help site and mobile staff using Odoo on phones/tablets.
  • Help keep office WiFi, internet, and basic network running; log calls with ISPs (Etisalat, Du) and vendors when needed.
  • Follow the company's backup, password, and antivirus routines; make sure backups are running.
  • Keep a simple IT asset list (laptops, accessories) and help with IT audits.
  • Help manage Microsoft 365, Odoo, antivirus and other software access; track renewals.
  • Coordinate with hardware and service vendors for repairs and support.
