IT Support Engineer role providing technology and systems support to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
- Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Design, document, implement, test, and administer systems and networks, ensuring components meet business needs and work together.
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Train employees to use software and hardware and provide technical support as needed.
Required skills and qualifications
- Three years of experience in IT; UAE experience is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery, and system performance monitoring tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Immediate joining is required.
