We’re looking for an accomplished and visionary IT Director
to lead our technology strategy and drive digital innovation across the organization 😊
In this leadership role, you'll oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll ensure technology investments align with business objectives while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and long-term business growth 🚀
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives 💻
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and business applications
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and identify emerging technologies to improve business performance
- Establish IT governance, policies, standards, and best practices
- Manage enterprise systems, networks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Oversee IT budgets, resource planning, vendor management, and technology investments
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and data protection policies
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic business initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams
- Monitor IT performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement across all technology functions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in IT strategy and enterprise technology management 🌟
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, networking, and digital transformation
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing enterprise IT projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Master's degree (MBA or MSc) is an advantage
- **8+ years of experience**
- in IT, including leadership or senior management experience
- Professional certifications such as
- CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Cisco
- are highly desirable ⭐
- Experience with
- SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise systems
- is an advantage
