Overview
The IT & Digital Systems Support Executive will provide day-to-day IT support for head office and store operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, communication platforms, digital menu boards, kiosks, and other business technology solutions.
The role will also support digital content updates, website administration, and coordination with Marketing and Operations teams for menu board and kiosk content deployment.
IT Support & Infrastructure
· Provide technical support to head office and store employees.
· Troubleshoot computers, printers, software applications, email accounts, and network connectivity issues.
· Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
· Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft Outlook, and other business applications.
Network, Security & Communication Systems
· Assist in maintaining internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi networks, firewalls, and communication systems.
· Support user account administration, access management, and basic IT security controls.
· Coordinate with telecom and internet service providers for technical support and issue resolution.
· Provide basic administration support for GoDaddy, Crunchbase, and WordPress.
Servers, Storage & CCTV Systems
· Monitor servers, backup systems, storage devices, and CCTV platforms.
· Assist in troubleshooting system issues and ensuring business continuity.
· Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and support services.
Digital Menu Boards & Kiosk Systems
· Manage and update digital menu boards across stores.
· Upload approved menu changes, pricing updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
· Support kiosk menu management and ensure alignment with store operations and POS systems.
· Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to ensure timely deployment of content and campaigns.
Website & Digital Platforms
· Update website content and support basic WordPress administration.
· Assist in maintaining online platforms, user access, and digital business tools.
· Ensure published information remains accurate and up to date.
Marketing & Digital Content Support
· Support the Marketing team with digital content deployment across menu boards, kiosks, websites, and other digital channels.
· Assist with basic photo, video, and graphic editing when required.
· Coordinate digital assets and promotional materials for approved campaigns.
Asset & Vendor Management
· Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
· Support hardware and software procurement, deployment, and tracking.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or Systems Administration.
Experience
in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or multi-location operations is an advantage.
Skills
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills; knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, Avaya telephony systems, CCTV systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WordPress, Digital Menu Boards, Kiosk Systems, and basic content editing tools.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with store teams, office employees, vendors, and marketing teams while ensuring the smooth operation of both IT infrastructure and digital platforms.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
