Website & E-Commerce
- Manage and maintain our WordPress website.
- Update products, banners, pages, and website content.
- Configure and maintain payment gateways such as Tabby, Tamara, credit card payments, and other integrations.
- Manage shipping and third-party integrations.
- Improve website performance, user experience, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate updates when required.
It & Infrastructure
- Manage domain names, DNS settings, hosting, SSL certificates, cPanel, and GoDaddy services.
- Maintain company servers, email services, backups, and basic network infrastructure.
- Ensure website security and perform regular backups.
- Coordinate with external vendors only when specialized support is required.
- Maintain company computers, printers, Wi-Fi, and other office IT equipment.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Create and publish daily social media posts for our products.
- Design simple promotional creatives using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Update website banners and promotional content.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and digital promotions.
- Monitor website traffic and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress administration.
- Experience with cPanel, hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and GoDaddy.
- Understanding of website integrations and payment gateway setup.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with ERP or inventory integrations is an advantage.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
