What You'll be Doing
- Vanta, part of the Land Sterling Group, is looking for an IT Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of IT infrastructure, networking, and smart technology projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who is looking to further develop their experience across structured cabling, networking, WiFi systems, and smart home technologies. **Responsibilities*** Assist with the coordination and delivery of IT and technology projects across residential and commercial sites.
- Support structured cabling and network infrastructure installations.
- Assist with networking and WiFi deployment projects, including troubleshooting and system setup.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support smart home and home automation system installations and configurations.
- Prepare and assist with technical documentation, quotations, estimations, and project reports.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with clients where required.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Provide general IT support and technical assistance across ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- & Skills* Minimum of 3 years’ experience within IT infrastructure, networking, smart technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience or exposure to structured cabling and network infrastructure.
- Basic to intermediate networking and WiFi deployment knowledge.
- Exposure to smart home / home automation systems would be highly advantageous.
- General understanding of IT systems and technology solutions.
- Ability to assist with documentation preparation and estimations.
- Any previous site coordination or project coordination experience is beneficial.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop technically.
