The role supports business applications, operational systems and digital solutions.
Act as an IT business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and site leadership teams.
What you'll do
- Identify business requirements with stakeholders and deliver practical application solutions.
- Manage and support key factory and business applications used in day-to-day operations.
- Lead application improvements, upgrades, testing and implementation activities.
- Maintain application interfaces, integrations and data flows to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain documentation, process maps, testing records and audit-ready controls.
- Identify opportunities for automation, reporting improvements and process efficiency.
- Support cybersecurity, data protection and compliance requirements across application environments.
What we're looking for
- Experience in IT applications, business systems, application support or IT consulting.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Knowledge of application support, incident management and change control processes.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and technology vendors.
- Experience with reporting tools, databases, cloud-based applications or manufacturing systems is advantageous.
