- Ensure understanding of the strategic objective for the Bank and support in achieving the department's strategy and related strategic plans.
- Assist in managing IT collaboration platform operations including administration, user support, and performance monitoring.
- Collect and review collaboration system performance data, incident logs, and user requests for processing and reporting.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to follow up on collaboration platform maintenance and issue resolution.
- Support UAT activities for collaboration platform upgrades and new feature deployments.
- Inform of any platform availability concerns, recurring issues, or user satisfaction problems.
- Complete data entry and administrative tasks related to IT collaboration activities accurately.
- Help maintain accurate records of platform activity, incident logs, and vendor interactions.
- Seek guidance on complex collaboration platform technical or governance matters.
