Overview
- Configure, manage, and support Remote Desktop environments (RDS / virtual desktops) for secure user access
- Administer Microsoft 365 licenses, user accounts, and access controls
- Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure or similar platforms
- Implement IT security policies, including firewalls, encryption, and access management
- Monitor systems for security threats, vulnerabilities, and performance issues
- Manage identity and access using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to cloud, network, and remote access environments
- Maintain system backups, disaster recovery plans, and ensure high availability
- Configure user roles, permissions, and endpoint/device management policies
- Support daily IT operations and provide technical assistance to end users
- Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and processes
