IT Business Analyst

About the role

What you'll do

• Identify business needs and define requirements with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Translate requirements into specifications, user stories, process flows, and system design documentation.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Develop requirements documents, workflows, process maps, sequence diagrams, and project artifacts.
• Create low-fidelity prototypes and validate processes and user experiences.
• Support testing strategy, test data preparation, and User Acceptance Testing with development and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot business and system issues and recommend scalable solutions.
• Lead multiple initiatives, managing priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and identify process improvements.
• Support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives through strategic analysis and solution design.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience in technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle and strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Knowledge of cross-platform integrations and enterprise systems; experience with SAP technologies and enterprise implementations.
• Experience supporting full-lifecycle software or ERP implementations.
• Familiarity with ASAP methodology and Design Thinking; exposure to process improvement or digital transformation is also listed.
