Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, support process improvements, and assist with recurring and year-end business activities.
• Plan analysis work within Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile software development lifecycles.
• Document and track project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Create process maps, requirements, user stories, and other analysis documentation.
• Configure, maintain, and support business applications, forms, reports, and system settings.
• Provide functional application and business process support; document requests and maintain project records.
• Develop test plans, support user testing and UAT, and assist with training and knowledge transfer.
• Gather and document application integration requirements and maintain functional specifications.
• Improve process flows and user documentation for implemented applications.
• Support production applications in accordance with customer needs, compliance standards, and audit policies.
• Propose and optimize application configurations for usability and information availability.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and training for new features and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business technology management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, application support, or process automation; internships and co-op experience count.
• Process automation or low-code platform experience, including AgilePoint, Appian, or Power Platform, is an asset.
• SQL experience is preferred.
• Business acumen is required; E&C industry experience is an asset.
• Exposure to C#, ASP.NET, or Blazor is listed.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Technical background includes SQL, ASP.NET, C#, Excel, and Visio.
• Client orientation and a logical, solution-oriented mindset are expected.
• English is needed to collaborate with Canadian or global leadership team members located outside Quebec.
