The IT Business Analyst connects business needs with practical technology solutions at a London-based consultancy providing visa and relocation services.
The role works with stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements, assess data, and support work from discovery through delivery.
Duties
- Review business processes and operational requirements across visa and relocation services and translate them into functional system requirements.
- Gather and document business requirements from different teams and translate them into system requirements.
- Prepare process maps and functional requirements for new or improved system features.
- Support testing and implementation of system changes.
- Review customer, website, and operational data to identify trends and assess how systems support business objectives.
- Work with internal stakeholders and developers during system design and implementation.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or system implementation.
- Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
- Ability to analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience working with internal teams and developers on system improvements.
- Experience with system testing and data analysis is desirable.
- Fluency in an East Asian language such as Mandarin is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is £56,000–£58,000 per year.
- UK visa sponsorship is listed as a benefit.
